Admission Requirements
- Children must be within the specified age range for enrollment.
- Submission of completed application forms along with necessary documents

Fee Payment
● Installments of annual fee should be made before the last date mentioned by the
Management, failing which a fine of Rs.30/ day – will be levied.
★ Trial Period
● New Comers are entitled to a 7-day trial period starting from the date of the inquiry session. During this trial period, Parents may decide the suitability of our program for their child.(Before fee payment process)
★ Discipline
● Please be punctual to drop and pick up your child. In the morning please ensure that
the child is handed over to the teacher and not left at the gate alone.
● Bags, snacks and water bottles should be brought from home.
● Please label all items that the child is carrying to school.
● Also ensure that the child is not carrying any valuables or hazardous items.
● Wearing jewelry by children is not encouraged. The school does not take responsibility for the loss of any valuables, carried by the child to the school.
● To inculcate healthy eating habits in children, it is advisable that you don’t send chocolates, chips or other junk food in the snack box.
● We discourage late drop offs and pickups, however incase of an emergency please inform the school authorities of the delay.
★ Parent Teacher Communication
● Parents should attend all Parent Teacher Meetings to remain abreast of the child’s
progress.
● Parents can meet the Center Head/Teachers on weekdays from 02:30 p.m. till 05:30 p.m. and on Saturday, 9:30 a.m. till 05:30 p.m.
● Parents should check the preschool Whatsapp Broadcast for knowing Students Daily Learning Activities and Every Update from School.
★ Toilet Training
● Children who are not potty trained should at all times be in diapers.
● An extra set of clothes and 3 diapers should be sent to school with children who are not completely potty trained.
● The school will provide disposable diapers at an extra charge (Includes Carpet Cleaning)
★ Health , Safety and Security
● Parents must provide updated health information, including allergies and medical
conditions.
● We take extreme care for the physical safety of the children. Incase of an inadvertent accident involving a student the school authorities should not be held responsible.
● Please do not send your child to school if any of these symptoms are present :
➔ Fever, Cough, Running Nose and cold, Vomiting or diarrhea & Infections of any
kind (eye, skin)
➔ If your child becomes ill while at school we will Isolate them & contact any of the emergency contacts given, to take the child home.
● Please inform the school if the child is on medication. Label the medication and explain the timings, frequency and the dosage to the teacher.
★ Special Days and Celebrations
● You may hand over the chocolates to the teacher to be distributed amongst children.
● Do ensure that your child is not wearing an expensive piece of jewelry.
★ Leave rule
● Long leave is not encouraged
● Incase of leave for more than 2 days, a prior written permission to be taken from the center head by the parent/guardian.
● If the child is absent for medical reasons a medical certificate from a doctor would be appreciated.
★ Day Care
● Day Care Timing will be 08.30 a.m. till 08.00 p.m.
● For All Saturday’s Children come along with their own Snacks and Lunch.
★ Data Protection
● Personal information collected during enrollment will be used in accordance with data protection regulations.
★ Agreement
● By enrolling your child, you agree to adhere to these terms and conditions.
Fee Refund policy
● Fees once paid will not be refunded and neither returned nor adjusted.
